• Details you give us when requesting a quote or contacting us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and a description or photos of the damage.
• Correspondence: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or through our quote form.
• Technical data: essential cookies and basic server information required for the website to work securely.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — legitimate interests, or steps taken prior to entering a contract with you.
• To carry out repair work and keep job records — performance of our contract with you.
• To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.
• Optional analytics cookies — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary: with your insurer or claims handler where your repair is an insurance job, with parts and paint suppliers where a part must be ordered for your vehicle, and with our accountant and IT/email providers who process data on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed repairs, invoices and related correspondence are kept for six years to meet tax, warranty and insurance requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability where applicable. Security and transfers
